This weekly meditation drop-in class is open to all levels. Each week we will be discussing a different topic or technique and then we will incorporate that into the 30-45 minute guided meditation. All levels are welcome into this safe and open group. We look forward to sharing space with you soon. Doors open at 6:45 p.m. and cost is $10 (cash preferred)

Join us for our next "MOVING" experience here at the ProBiz Centre every Tuesday morning and Thursday evening and: Dance Like Nobody's Watching! 

We will be incorporating Mindful Movement, Breath Work, and a WHOLE LOT of Groove into a fun and wonderful experience.

Drop in ANY TIME! Tuesday morning, 10-11 am AND/OR Thursday evening 5:30-6:30 pm, $15 Drop in, $10 for ProBiz Members!
